The Retppd WordPress plugin displays recent Untappd checkins for a provided Untappd user. The plugin can be used to display a user’s most recent checkins in a post or a page by the use of a shortcode. You can choose what pieces of Untappd checkin information that you would like to display in plugin’s settings. Example usage of the shortcode is as follows: [retappd].

How do I find my Untappd Username?
To find your Untappd Username, log in to the Untappd website http://www.untappd.com. At the top of the page, hover over your profile icon (to the left of the search bar) and click Account Settings. You will see your Username displayed here.
Do I have to have an Untappd Client ID and Client Secret to use the Retappd plugin?
Yes. In order for the Retappd plugin to retrieve plugin information for a given user, the Untappd Client ID and Client Secret are required. Please refer to the Untappd API Documentation (V4) User Feed for details.
Do I automatically get an Untappd Client ID and Client Secret when I create an Untappd account?
No, you do not automatically get a Client ID and Client Secret. You must first Create an Untappd Account. Once your account has been created navigate to the Untappd API Dashboard. Create an Application called, Retappd WordPress Plugin. Your API request has to go through an approval process that can take 2-3 weeks for approval.
How do I find my Untappd Client ID and Client Secret?
In order to see your Untappd Client ID and Client Secret, you must log into the Untappd API Dashboard. If your API request has been approved, you should see your application name along with your Client ID and Client Secret.
Why am I getting the “Unable to load Retappd. Please check your Retappd Plugin settings to correct this issue.” Message?
By default, the Retappd plugin only allows you to display your user checkin feed 100 times per day. For most people, you will never exceed 100 requests per day. For others who have higher volume sites, this message may be displayed.
By making a small donation, this restriction can be removed. To remove the restriction, log in to WordPress, go to plugins, find the Retappd Plugin and click Donate.
